Technical Project/Pre-Sales Manager Denver, Colorado
Full time contract to hire position reporting to the Senior Vice President of Operations the successful candidate will:
- Lead clients through technical implementations to include but not limited to creation of project plans, management of client resources, tracking and escalation of issues, management of scope and effort.
- Provide Pre Sales support remotely and on-site with detailed technical and operational guidance.
- Support new product roll out by providing support and suggestions for product enhancements and helping to improve product documentation and support.
- Provide all necessary support to product sales team to support the sales cycle including but not limited to creation of business cases, creation of demonstrations/presentations, and creation of new documentation.
- Manage, foster, and grow client relationships through complex implementations through to launch and product support. Identify opportunities for expanding the existing relationship.
- Be a vocal advocate for new products and work to expand the visibility and market share of new products.
- Take initiative and ownership of problems, issues, and opportunities.
