eWise is growing the Secure Vault Payments team and is looking for a Vice President – Utility Merchant Sales to support and drive the adoption of the Secure Vault Payments payment product in to the utility segment. eWise is searching for qualified candidates to sell SVP into electric, gas, telecom, wireless and cable utilities, as well as appropriate payment gateways and processors that currently provide card and ACH processing capabilities to merchants. The Utility Merchant Sales role will work to define a merchant segmentation and alignment strategy to approach the utility markets throughout the United States. This role will work with participating financial institutions to sponsor utilities in to the Secure Vault Payment network and enable SVP as a payment option via their online and mobile channels. This role will also work to align sales and marketing strategies with the utility and financial institution partners to drive merchant and consumer adoption. Preferred candidates will have 10+ years experience in the card acquiring or payments industry with specific focus on card not present and utility merchants, or direct experience with payment processors such as BillMatrix, Western Union, Online Resources, and others. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and will include incentive compensation for achieved sales targets.
