International Council of Payment Network
Operators (ICPNO)
eWise joins representatives of leading European and North American Online Banking Enabled e-Payments (OBeP) schemes as part of the International Council of Payment Network Operators (ICPNO). The ICPNO is collaborating to establish common standards and rules for global interoperability. The ICPNO now has 5 of the major networks as members including iDEAL (Netherlands), Interac (Canada), giropay (Germany), Secure Vault Payments (USA) and VocaLink (UK) - recognising the huge opportunity created by interoperability to allow online merchants access to a global online customer base across participating schemes.
